In dit artikel leg ik uit wat ESG is, waarom het zo belangrijk is en hoe jij ESG succesvol kunt toepassen in jouw organisatie. Er was eens een bedrijf dat toegewijd was aan ESG-principes, waar een groep werknemers besloten om een milieuvriendelijke kantoorwedstrijd te organiseren. Het doel van ESG is om alle niet-financiële risico’s en kansen vast (Non Financial Reporting) te leggen die inherent zijn aan de dagelijkse activiteiten van een bedrijf.
